Consultation fees are not refundable; consultations may be rescheduled once with advance notice.

We charge for time spent in consultations and dive right in to getting things done.
An attorney-client relationship is not formed unless and until we both agree to work together and a formal service agreement is signed by both of us.
Fees paid for in initial consultation will be credited towards flat fees if applicable and if the flat fee is paid within 2 weeks of the initial consultation.
